Service Description
The ERG is an opportunity for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profit leaders to hone and refine their soft skills that are often forgotten. There will be four sessions each month lasting for 90 minutes each. Essentially you get 12 sessions for the investment from the time you sign up. Some initial areas of focus will be the following: - Communication: (Public speaking, Toastmaster Curated topics, how to communicate your story to investors/lenders, Negotiating, etc...) - Leadership: (Leading as a solo entrepreneur, Leading a team, Succession Planning, Delegating external staff) - Relationship Building - Self-Awareness - Adaptability - Professionalism in Different Settings - Strategic Thinking - Emotion Management
